The Watertown Country Club Restaurant is a dining destination in Watertown, Wisconsin, offering elevated American cuisine in a welcoming setting. The Watertown Country Club Restaurant & Bar is a full-service restaurant open 6 days per week during the golf season, with reduced winter hours. The restaurant has the ability to host weddings, banquets, and community events, including private parties and club-sponsored functions.

  • We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to manage daily kitchen activities and other restaurant needs. **Responsibilities for this position: Oversee kitchen staff, menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitor ordering and stocking, provide meal quality and consistency. Yearly bonus potential & many other perks!

  • Must be able to service large parties 100 to 200 people.

  • **Qualifications: High school diploma /GED preferred. Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day, High level of professionalism, Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment, Excellent verbal communication and organization skills, Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis

Benefits:

  • Cell Phone allowance $60 per month

  • Bonus 5% of wages if revenue and food cost attained
