Contracts are structured to best meet the needs of each individual client. For example, existing equipment may be retained by the club and managed by OGM, or we can provide a proposal to purchase equipment, provide new etc.
Golf course improvements can be included in base contract amounts as part of a master plan strategy, or projects can be considered individually outside of the maintenance contract. Whatever the situation, we develop partnering solutions that provide maximum benefits for our clients.
