Oliphant Golf has extensive experience with all types of golf course renovation projects. We have been trusted to work at some of the most highly regarded courses in the country, and have a proven record of completing major renovations on time and on budget. Outlined below are several of the renovation services we offer:

	Cost Studies: We work with Golf Course Architects and Clubs at the Master Plan stage and throughout the bidding process to help all parties involved better evaluate their options.

	Site Preparation/Clearing On renovation projects, site preparation typically involves removing existing turf and select trees. Our superintendents manage the limits of disturbance closely, keeping our construction footprint to a minimum.

	Earthwork We operate equipment that is appropriate for the scope of each project- whether the work is lowering an entire golf hole or building up a single green. Oliphant Golf crews locate haul roads carefully, and will always respect your golf course.

	Shaping Our Shapers work closely with the Golf Course Architect and the Golf Club’s representative to understand the unique objectives of each renovation.

	Feature Construction Oliphant Golf’s talented feature crews build tees, greens and bunkers that will perform to modern specifications and blend seamlessly within the existing golf course.

	Irrigation With an average of 12 years field experience, our irrigation superintendents are problem solvers, and can work through the many variables of retrofit installations. If a complete system upgrade is required, Oliphant Golf has experience in installing the most advanced modern irrigation systems.

	Finish Grading Quality finish grading is important to the success of any renovation project. Our skilled operators and laborers make sure that all graded areas are properly drained and well prepared for grassing.

	Grassing We will do what it takes to meet all grassing deadlines, and help you get golfers back on the course as soon as possible.
