Our CompanyThe Oliphant Companies, Inc. is a full service golf course development, construction, and management company founded by Mike Oliphant in 1996. Oliphant Golf has successfully completed over 150 golf course new construction and high-profile renovation projects around the United States, ranging in individual contract values from $100,000 to over $20,000,000.

The Oliphant Companies self-performs all aspects of golf course construction and renovation, including Earthwork, Feature Construction, Irrigation, Finish Grading and Grassing.

Our team has a strong record of delivering outstanding golf course projects on time and within budget. We manage our workload carefully and are committed 100% to the success of each project we take on.
