New Construction

Building a new golf course is a large undertaking. Every project is a collaborative effort between the Owner, Design Professionals, and Golf Course Builder. Oliphant Golf has a proven ability to work as part of a team, and we are commited 100% to the success of each project we take on. Outlined below are several of the New Construction services we offer:

	Cost Studies: If you are considering a new golf course project, we can provide accurate and timely cost estimates. We like to participate early on in this process to help our clients get the most out of their construction budgets.

	Site Preparation/Clearing Proper site clearing requires experience and patience. We work closely with the golf course architect to preserve interesting features and specimen trees.

	Earthwork Some of our projects involve millions of yards of earthwork, while others require very little. Whatever the scope of work, we have resources to get the job done safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

	Shaping We employ some of the most respected golf course shapers in the business. We hire creative, dedicated operators who have a passion for building golf courses.

	Feature Construction Oliphant Golf is recognized for our outstanding workmanship in building golf course features; the greens, tees, bunkers and other hazards that help define a golf course.Our attention to detail sets us apart.

	Irrigation Oliphant Golf has experience installing the most advanced modern irrigation systems.

	Finish Grading Golf course superintendents know that the best turf is grown on a properly prepared seedbed, and that there is no substitute for experience in this type of work. Our skilled finish operators have an eye for detail, and have worked in all kinds of soil conditions across the country.

	Grassing Oliphant Golf’s project superintendents organize and execute aggressive grassing schedules. We will do everything in our power to help insure your golf course exceeds expectations on opening day.
