Project Description:
18 Hole New Construction- Wolf Dancer is a challenging
resort course with finishing holes along the Colorado River.
This is the second project that OGC has completed with
Hyatt Corporation and Arthur Hills, Steve Forrest and Assoc.

18 Hole New Construction- The Golf Club at Olde Stone is
part of a newly developed 535 acre family community in
Bowling Green, KY. Olde Stone was recently ranked by Golf
Digest #8 'Best New Private' 2007.

The Madison Club
Location: La Quinta, CA

Project Description:
18 Hole New Construction- The construction of
The Madison Club required four million yards of earthwork,
extensive water features, landscaping, and sodding of the
entire golf course. The Madison Club is ranked #9 in Golf
Digest's 2007 'Best New- Private" rankings.

The Valley Club

Project Description:
9 Hole New Construction- This project is a nine hole
addition to the existing 18 hole Valley Club golf course.

Del Paso Country Club
Location: Sacramento, CA
Architect: Kyle Phillips

Project Description:
18 Hole Re-Construction- Essentially new construction on an
existing golf course site. Our work included mass grading,
shaping, feature construction, fairway drainage, irrigation,
sand capping, new cart paths, finish grading and grassing.

Shooting Star
Location: Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Project Description:
We are entering our second full construction season at
Shooting Star. Much of the feature work is completed for
nine holes, and we will complete grassing the entire course in
the fall of 2008.

Oakland Hills Country Club
Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI

Project Description:
Driving Range, Practice Facility- This project included
improvements to the Member's driving range, and the
creation of a short game practice area. The work has been
well-recieved, adding to the outstanding existing facilities at
Oakland Hills Country Club.

Project Description:.
Oliphant Golf has successfully performed renovation projects
for the Pebble Beach Company since 1998 on all four of their
courses: Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill, Spanish Bay
and Del Monte.

Omaha Country Club

Project Description:
18 Hole Renovation- At Omaha Country Club, Oliphant
Golf worked under the direction of Keith Foster to rebuild
bunkers, tees, and greens, restoring several Perry Maxwell
design features.

Champions Pointe Golf Course
Location: Henryville, Indiana

Project Description:
18 Hole New Construction- This course, located nearby
Fuzzy Zoeller's Covered Bridge Golf Club, features Zoysia
fairways and Bentgrass greens.

Hurstbourne Country Club
Location: Louisville, KY
Architect: Keith Foster

Project Description:
18 Hole Renovation- At Hurstbourne, Oliphant Golf
renovated all tees, greens, bunkers and performed grading and
drainage work on several fairways.

Pechanga Resort and Casino
Location: Temecula, California
Architect: Arthur Hills, Steve Forrest and Associates

Project Description:
18 hole resort golf course adjacent to the Pechanga Resort
and Casino. Oliphant Golf is working closely with the
Pechanga Cultural Committee to coordinate construction
activities on this sensitive site.

Avalon Golf Club
Location: Palm Springs, California

Project Description:
18 hole Par 61 Executive course constructed as part of a
new residential community by Developer SunCal.

Project Description:
18 hole golf course being built on dramatic, rolling property
for Washington State University.

Pelican Hill
Location: Newport Coast, California
Architect: Fazio Golf Course Designers

Project Description:
36 hole renovation of the resort's two golf courses, including
new irrigation systems, select tee and green reconstruction, all
bunkers, and sand capping in fairway areas/tee walk-ons.
Existing fairway turf will be eradicated and re-sodded.

Project Description:
18 hole renovation of all tees, bunkers, greens. Work includes
sand capping of entire golf course, demolition of existing
maintenance facility, new pump station and irrigation system
installation.

California Club
Location: South San Francisco, California

Project Description:
Renovation work this season at Pebble Beach includes
rebuilding the 1st green, and several bunker and tee projects
in preparation for the 2010 U.S. Open.
In addition to our work at Pebble Beach, we will be
performing tee and bunker renovations at Spyglass Hill and
Spanish Bay.

18 hole renovation of greens, tees and bunkers, fairway
drainage enhancements, restoration of native areas, and
installation of new irrigation system.
